A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 12, 2013, at around 12:50 on May 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the storage of the above clothes was opened; and (b) intruded into the above clothes room through the open storage room; (c) discovered about about 200,000 won at the market price of the Cheongbbow owned by the victim.

2. The Defendant, at around 10:00 on June 6, 2013, stolen the victim E with a 650,000 won total of the market price of the same traditional trademark, etc., including the same traditional trademark, where the victim’s f building in Gwangju Mine, and the second victim E’s blance in the second floor, opened a back door and intrudes on the singing room, and the victim’s flance in the said singing room had a 50,000 won and 650,000 won.

3. On October 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) thief of the victim H; (b) 10:00 on October 19, 2013, when the victim H was the house of the building in the mine area, and the victim H of the third floor, the Defendant duplicating the above rooftop door and the living room windows into the above house; and (c) duplicating the victim’s gold gs and ear in the inside bank, which were approximately KRW 1,246,00 in total, approximately KRW 1,756,00 in the market price of about four half areas, and KRW 3,002,00 in total, KRW 1,756,00 in the market price of four half areas.
