Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2011, at around 23:50, the Defendant discovered D (24 years of age) that passed through a park side of C elementary school located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and found his female to have panty panty, show her sexual organ, and show her hand, thereby openly obscenity.
