A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1. On September 18, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant found that C (n, 31 years of age) is mixed, and that he was able to walked, and that he was engaged in an obscene act by committing a self-defense with a bomer with a bomb and hand off his sexual organ.

2. At around 23:30 on the same day, the Defendant discovered that D (n, 38 years of age) walked in front of the same Gu-dong Amphak apartment, and that he was able to do self-defensing sexual instruments with knife with knife with knife with knife and knife with knife with knife, thereby openly obscenity.

2. On September 3, 2014, around 18:40 on September 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) viewed the victim’s shoulder with his/her hand and returned to the victim; (b) presented his/her sexual organ to the victim; and (c) openly conducted obscene acts.

3. On September 3, 2014, around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) set off a place on the street in the Dobong-gu Seoul Audio-ro, Seoul; (b) presented a sexual organ before the Victim J (J, 46 years of age); (c) made a self-defense; and (d) openly obscene act.
