Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-L car.
On March 24, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car on March 24, 2017, and driven it at the speed of about 20 km from the long-distance distance to the entrance of the Seodaemun-gu Seoul metropolitan area at the speed of about D in the middle-gu metropolitan area.
There are one-lane roads in the Seodaemun market, and both commercial buildings have a lot of persons driving or crossing the above road, so there was a duty of care to safely drive the road by checking whether there is a person walking the road and checking the left and right of the person driving the road.
