Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a brand bus B.

On June 24, 2014, the Defendant driven the above school bus around 16:50 on June 24, 2014, which led to driving the crosswalk in front of the public health high school in the Seog-gu, Busan, Seog-dong.

At this point, a crosswalk without signal lights is installed, and at the time the students walk down, there was a duty of care to operate a vehicle with a duty of care by checking whether there is a person who gets on the way to reduce the speed and by properly examining the road.
