1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and the interest thereon from August 3, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. On November 11, 2003, the Plaintiff lent to the Defendants KRW 8,00,000,000, and KRW 17,000,000 on August 1, 2005, and KRW 15,000,00 on September 18, 2008.

2. The judgment based on the constructive admission of confession is deemed to have led to the confession of all the plaintiff's assertion on the ground that the defendant was served with the original copy of the payment order and submitted a formal written objection (the defendant only did not submit a substantive written response disputing the plaintiff's claim after the date for pleading, and that he did not attend the court on the date for pleading.)
