1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000, and 20% per annum from August 8, 2013 to August 31, 2017.

(a) As to Defendant 1 and 3: Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

B. As to Defendant 2 and 4: The judgment deemed to be a confession (Article 208(3)2 and Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act: The above Defendants were served with the original copy of the payment order and submitted a formal written objection; the Defendants did not submit a written response disputing the Plaintiff’s claim thereafter; and the Plaintiff did not appear on the date for pleading; thus, the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have led to the confession.
