1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,102,282 and a rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 24, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff is employed by the Defendant who runs a construction business, and works from November 1, 2010 to June 9, 2016.
The retirement was made.
B. The Plaintiff’s wages and retirement allowances are 3,102,282 won in total.
C. Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from June 24, 2016 to the date of full payment under the Labor Standards Act, which is 14 days after the date of retirement, including wages, etc.
2. Judgment made without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
