1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 69,356,920 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 15, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff is employed by the Defendant and served from June 15, 2012 to November 30, 2016.
The retirement was made.
B. The Plaintiff’s wage and retirement allowance amounting to KRW 69,356,920 in total.
C. Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 69,356,920 won, including wages, and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from December 15, 2016 to the date of full payment under the Labor Standards Act, which is 14 days after the date of retirement.
