A Imprisonment for ten months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not authorized to cultivate, possess, possess, give, receive, transport, keep, or use marijuana, because they are not authorized to handle narcotics.

In addition, no person shall smoke or take in marijuana, export or import, manufacture, trade, arrange the trade of marijuana.

1. Defendant C and B’s co-principal (sale of marijuana) resolved to sell marijuana to the Party A by taking charge of the speech that the Defendants would purchase marijuana from A around the end of February 2019, Defendant C received the purchase price from A, Defendant C, and Defendant B’s role of seeking marijuana and providing it to A, respectively.

The Defendants conspired, around March 3, 2019, Defendant C received 2,200,000 won in cash in the name of the purchase price for marijuana from Defendant C in the vicinity of Goyang-dong, Seoyang-gu, Busan. Defendant B provided 10 grams of marijuana leaves sought from Defendant C in the name unrecogn around the beginning of March 2019 and sold it to A.

2. The single criminal conduct (purchase, receipt, and delivery of marijuana) of Defendant A;

A. The Defendant: (a) issued cash 2,200,000 won to C and B; and (b) purchased marijuana 10 grams with 10 grams in return, at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1).

B. On March 2019, the Defendant received marijuana: (a) purchased 10g of marijuana from B, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) in the vicinity of the Seocho-gu, Seocho-si; and (b) granted and received it at the request of B, without compensation, at the request of B.

3. On March 2019, Defendant B received 1g of marijuana from A and received it without compensation in the vicinity of the Seocho-gu, Manyang-si, Goyang-si.

4. On March 2019, the Defendants conspired to smoke together with the marijuana possessed by Defendant B, which was gathered by the first police officer in the Defendant’s residence.
