Defendant
A Fine of 3,00,000 won, Defendant B and C shall be sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment, and Defendant D shall be sentenced to 70,000 won of fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On August 29, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences and Punishment Act (joint residence intrusion) opened a door door to the second floor and intrudes on the residence of the victim via the entrance door of the victim D located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on August 20, 2013, with the Defendant’s wife in order to resist the victim’s demand several times of lending money.

A.
