1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 17, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 19, 2017, the Plaintiff contracted 90,200,00 H beamline installation works from the Defendant among B 4 factory extension works, and completed all of the said construction works until July 28, 2017.

B. Around October 2017, the Defendant repaid the Plaintiff KRW 15,000,000 among the construction cost as above, KRW 15,000,000,000 around December 2017, and KRW 5,000,000 around March 2018, and thereafter repaid the Plaintiff additional KRW 13,20,000.

According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remaining construction cost of KRW 42,00,000 ( KRW 90,200,000 - KRW 15,000,000 - KRW 15,000,000 - KRW 5,000,000 - KRW 13,200,000 - - 13,200,000 on the following day after the delivery of the instant payment order from July 17, 2018 to the day of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is legitimate, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
