A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

[Criminal Justice] On January 17, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to a stay of execution of three years in Seoul High Court for rape, etc., and the judgment was finalized on January 29, 2020.

From December 2, 2018, the Defendant is between the victim B (V, 26 years of age) and the deadly from around September 2019.

1. 재물손괴 피고인은 2019. 3. 15.경 서울 강남구에 있는 피해자의 주거지에서 피해자가 헤어지자고 했다는 이유로 화가 나 가위로 피해자 소유의 시가 1,298,000원 상당인 샤넬 클러치백 1개, 시가 840,000원 상당인 루이비통 파우치 1개, 시가 1,180,000원 상당인 입생로랑 홀더 1개, 시가 730,000원 상당인 발렌티노 스니커즈 1쌍, 시가 680,000원 상당인 알렉산더 맥퀸 스니커즈 1쌍을 포함하여 가방 5개, 신발 3개, 가디건 2개, 패딩 3개를 자르고, 칼 손잡이로 반지 2개를 수회 내리쳐 부수는 등 시가 합계 4,728,000원 이상의 재물을 손괴하였다.

2. Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. On October 7, 2019, the injured Defendant is the victim with C at around 07:00, the victim’s residence.
