Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras, Use and Screening of Cameras, etc.) at the Incheon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 5, 2014.

From May 25, 2013 to July 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) operated a commercial sex trafficking business establishment under the trade name of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel 248 by leasing (C) from May 25, 2013 to July 2, 2013; (b) employed D as the head of office; (c) employed female employees; and (d) had sexual intercourse with male customers by employing them as the head of office from June 24, 2013 to July 2, 2013; and (d) directed male customers to have sexual intercourse with E by guiding them as the room in which they are located.

Accordingly, the defendant conspiredd with D to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
