Text

Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle B.

At around 15:40 on May 7, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car and got to turn to the left in accordance with the new subparagraph at the time of occupational negligence, which led to the victim C (e.g., the aged 61) to turn to the left at a speed of about 40 km from the opposite lane at the time of a stop signal in violation of the stop signal at the seat of the Gump Police Station, along with four-lanes in the direction of the Gump Police Station, the Defendant got to go to the front part of the said car, and then was pushed to the front part of the said car due to the corresponding shock, and then was then pushed to the front part of the victim E (e.g., the victim E (S. 51) who is in the atmosphere of the signal.
