A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaged in driving a B-to-pur vehicle.
At around 02:10 on November 6, 2014, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.104% on the surface of the sea from Seosan-si, Seosan-si.
