A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 29, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Seoul Central District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime, and on December 30, 2009 from Incheon District Court to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime.

On June 24, 2012, around 18:40 on June 24, 2012, the Defendant driven a C New-style Motor Vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.295% without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 2 km from the Busan Seo-gu Incheon Seo-dong apartment parking lot to the Seocheon-gu Seoul Seocheon-gu B parking lot.

Around 02:25 on June 25, 2012, the Defendant assaulted the victim D (39 years of age) who is an engineer acting on behalf of the Defendant at the Yacheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City parking lot B, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “the Defendant”), with the victim’s scam and the victim’s scam and the sc

Around 03:00 on June 25, 2012, the Defendant forged, for the purpose of uttering, a copy of the report on detection of a driver by a police officer conducted by G in the F District of the Busan, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Y, and a copy of the report on detection of a driver under the name of I, a private document concerning the certification of blood collection written by H, signed as I on the column for the name of the consent to blood collection written by the police officer, and forged each copy of the blood collection agreement.

On June 25, 2012, at around 05:40 on June 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) obtained a suspect examination from an assistant J, etc. within the criminal accounting office of the 11,000 U.S. police station located in 1105, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and signed I as I and signed I on the column of the statement of the suspect examination; and (b) affixed I’s signature on the side.
