Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 22, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant opened the second floor of the 2nd floor of the office building in the city office building in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Airport, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, 112, Mapo Airport, and opened the door door for Asian or staff rest room and opened the door to collect the anchor.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on the room possessed by others.

2. On June 23, 2015, at around 20:16, the Defendant entered the above Paragraph 1, to collect anchor in the crew slope, but the Defendant confirmed that there was no tax system available prior to the day and posted a page on the inner wall of the Gu room to “influence of a smoke” on the front wall.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on the room possessed by others.
