Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. As a result, the Defendants conspired and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases by police officers.
2. Defendant B’s sole criminal conduct had been arrested by police officers at the same location as a flagrant offender committing obstruction of performance of official duties at the same time and time as indicated in paragraph 1(b) and served on the 112 patrol police officers (K LFI) who were used by public offices.
