1. The Defendant’s participation in the bid of unjust enterprisers in the five-month period (from July 1, 2016 to November 30, 2016) against the Plaintiff on June 21, 2016.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a company running the business of manufacturing, selling, etc. of the automatic screen screen. 2) The Plaintiff is holding each patent for the platform screen screen (PSD hereinafter “PSD”). The Plaintiff is holding each patent for the SSD wireless control system linked to the automatic train driving system, platform safety project opening device, platform safety display board and PSD control system, platform control system, and assembly structure at shower.
3) The Defendant is a local public enterprise established pursuant to Article 49 of the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Daegu Urban Railroad Corporation Ordinance established pursuant to Article 49 of the said Act. (B) The Defendant requested the Administrator of the Daegu Local Public Procurement Service to conclude a contract for the “production and installation of the first line platform of the Daegu Urban Railroad Corporation” (hereinafter “instant construction”) pursuant to Article 5-2(2) of the Public Procurement Service Act, and the Administrator of the Daegu Local Public Procurement Service publicly announced the tender on September 1, 2015 as follows.
