Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Trucks operating on roads shall pass through the lanes or places where the loading capacity measuring equipment is installed in order to measure the loading capacity.
1. On February 14, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the measurement of the load load at around 22:41, Feb. 14, 2017, the Defendant obstructed the measurement of the load load by driving a B load of 12 tons of the cargo vehicle at a place of business to be located in the boundary of the Gyeong-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Gan-si, Gan-si, in the operation of a truck of 2:40 tons of the load, without passing through a package of the package, at the cargo dedicated to the cargo vehicle equipped with measuring equipment.
2. On March 27, 2017, the Defendant interfered with measuring the load load of around 23:00 on March 27, 2017, at the same place as the foregoing 1. Paragraph (a) of the above 1, at around 23:00 on March 27, 2017.
3. On April 3, 2017, the Defendant interfered with measuring the load load of around 22:42 on April 3, 2017, at the same place as the foregoing 1. Paragraph (1) at around 22:42 on April 3, 2017, in the same manner as the foregoing 1. Paragraph (1).
