The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On November 24, 2013, at around 14:05, the Defendant: (a) driven a private taxi vehicle of Samsungdong-dong, Daejeon; (b) proceeded at the speed of the U.S. at a two-lane distance from the Daejeon East-dong, Samsung-dong, to the red altitude distance; and (c) there was a duty of care to safely drive a taxi in accordance with good faith while driving the vehicle as a person engaged in driving on a crosswalk on which signal lights are installed.

The Defendant neglected this and neglected to proceed with a stop signal while driving on the road, and caused approximately 12 weeks of the right side of the victim D, which had come up by using the crosswalk, due to the collision between the front side of the driver's vehicle and the front side, and suffered about 12 weeks of the victim's side of the road.

2. Determination

A. The record reveals the following facts: (i) the location of the signal, etc. at the intersection where the Defendant’s direction at the right edge of the signal was located, and the crosswalk was only a pedestrian signal without a separate vehicle signal. At the time of the accident, both the signal apparatus for the vehicle in the intersection and the signal apparatus for pedestrians in the crosswalk at the time of the accident. (ii) The first lane is a straight line and the right edge line for the two-lanes; (ii) the two-lane is a straight line and the right edge line for the vehicle; (iii) the two-lane is a straight line; (iv) the two-lane is a straight line from the crosswalk stop line to the right edge; and (iv) the two-lane stops at the right edge of the two-lane, with the vehicle parked without permission by the Defendant, and at the speed of the two-lane, the Defendant stops at the right speed to pass the vehicle parked on the one-lane and the vehicle parked without permission.

3 The defendant is standing 4:04:58 on the day, 14:4:0 on the day, the vehicle shall stop at one lane from the stop line of the crosswalk.
