A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On January 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 18:30 on January 30, 2013, the Defendant: (b) opened an unclaimed window in excess of the fence; and (c) intruded into the house; and (d) stolen the Defendant’s new card, bC card, and 70,000 won in cash owned by the victim within the gate of the victim who was inside the wall.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On January 30, 2013, around 19:37, the Defendant purchased 134,400 won of a new 134,400 won and a new 1,44,000 won of a 134,400 won, even though he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, and had the Defendant present and calculate the stolen DNA card as if he/she were a legitimate holder, as in paragraph (1), to the sales staff H, thereby wrongfully using the stolen credit card.

B. On January 30, 2013, at around 20:38, the Defendant issued an alcoholic beverage equivalent to KRW 200,000 with no intent or ability to pay the price, and ordered the Defendant to submit and calculate a new card under the name of D, which was stolen, as in paragraph (1), as if the lawful holder was a lawful holder, to the extent that the Defendant received property from the victim and illegally used the stolen credit card.
