1. The Defendant is on the ground of sale on May 11, 2015 with respect to the Plaintiff’s share 165/1,908, out of 1,908 square meters of D forest land in Jin-si, Jin-si.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 3 as to May 11, 2015, the Plaintiff may recognize the purchase from the Defendant of KRW 67,50,00 of KRW 165 square meters (50 square meters) out of the amount of KRW 1908 square meters (50 square meters) out of the amount of 165,50,000 in Sigjin-si Forest. The Plaintiff may recognize the fact that the shares remaining in the Defendant’s name as to the above forest exceed the Plaintiff’s share amounting to 165/1,908, which the Plaintiff seeks in this case. Thus, barring any other special circumstances, even if there is a registration of provisional attachment or provisional disposition by a third party on the Defendant’s remaining shares, the Defendant is separately obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on May 11, 2015 to the Plaintiff

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
