A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On January 26, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and a fine of 50,000 won for property damage, etc. at the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 25, 2017.

1. On May 15, 201, the Defendant: (a) reported false information by using a mobile phone in front of C hotel in the territory of the Republic of Korea on May 15, 2018; (b) reported 119; and (c) sent 21 fire officers, 9 fire vehicles, 7 police officers, and 3 police vehicles, etc., who believe that the above report was true, to the scene; and (d) interfere with fire officers’ rescue activities, such as emergency patients, etc., and police officers’ performance of duties concerning the prevention and investigation of crimes, by deceptive means.

2. Obstruction of business;

A. On May 16, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime, from around 09:00 to around 14:20 on May 16, 2018, 2018, up to 09:0 on May 16, 2018, up to 14:20 on the “E” door of the victim D’s operation on the first floor of the said hotel, he stored two plastic boxes in front of the entrance door, and prevented the part of the Defendant from entering the entrance door of the said game room, thereby hindering the victim’s game room business by force.

B. On May 23, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime, from around 17:10 on May 23, 2018 to 23:3:30 on May 23, 2018, up to the same day, laid down the seal contained in the plastic wing container onto the entrance door of the relevant game site and prevented customers from entering the floor, thereby obstructing the victim’s game room business by force.
