1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B and C shall be the Seoul Southern District Court with respect to each of the 1/2 shares of the real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. On December 4, 2001, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to subparagraph 710 among the Etel buildings located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and one parcel of land (hereinafter “instant building”).

Of the instant building, the registration of ownership transfer (hereinafter “registration of ownership transfer”) was completed as of June 2, 1993 by the Seoul Southern District Court, Youngpo District Court, Youngpo District Court No. 19558, Jun. 2, 1993, Defendant B and C’s registration office of 1/2 shares of Defendant B (hereinafter “registration of ownership transfer”) and the registration of ownership transfer (hereinafter “registration of ownership transfer”) was completed as of January 8, 2013 with respect to the above shares of Defendant C as of January 927, the registration of ownership transfer was completed to Defendant B. The right to collateral security (hereinafter “registration of ownership”) was registered as the Defendant Hanpo Bank, Inc. (hereinafter “Defendant bank”). The registration of ownership transfer (hereinafter “registration of each of the instant units”) was completed as of November 15, 2006 by the receipt of No. 63541 and April 16, 2010.

The building owner was Defendant B and C as an aggregate building of the 10th floor above the third floor above the ground, and was reported on May 30, 1990, and was approved for use on April 7, 1993.

In the registry (No. 2) on the title section of the instant building, the entire title section of the instant building is indicated as “20.79 square meters of underground floor management office, 204.44 square meters of neighborhood living facilities, 204.44 square meters of neighborhood living facilities, 80.19 square meters of toilets, 20.79 square meters of toilets, and 207.5 square meters of parking lots.” In the title section of the building on the title section of the instant building on the title section of the instant building, the area of the instant title section on the title section of the instant building is 20.79 square meters and the site ownership ratio is 4.78/780 square meters.

In the building registry (Evidence No. 3) on the instant building, “management office, neighborhood living facilities, stairs, toilets, parking lots” are indicated as “management office, stairs, toilets, and parking lots” for the purpose of the part of the first underground floor. The collective building registry (Evidence No. 8) on the instant heading room is used for the purpose of the instant heading room.
