1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B and C shall be the Seoul Southern District Court with respect to each of the 1/2 shares of the real estate listed in the separate sheet.

Reasons

1. On December 4, 2001, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to subparagraph 710 among the Etel buildings located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and one parcel of land (hereinafter “instant building”).
