A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a pilot of C, who is in the third degree relationship with C.

The defendant used that D, the husband of C, did not have a spirit of dementia, made a transfer registration of ownership in D name, and the real estate recorded by the owner in C in the name of C is unregistered in the general building ledger, but the defendant had D receive the registration of ownership transfer under the name of C, and had D receive the registration of ownership transfer under the name of E, one of his children, and have D receive the registration of ownership transfer under the name of a deposit passbook for paying living expenses.

1. On June 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) indicated “A”, “B”, “B”, “B” in the “B”, “B” in the “B”, “B” in the “use column; and “B” in the “use column; and “C” in the “occupational and related column; (b) stated in the “C”; (c) indicated in the “C” and the “C” in the “B” and the “B” and the “H” in the “B” and the address column; and (d) stated in the “B” and the “C” and the “H” in the “B” and the “B” and the “B” in the “B” and the “B” and the “B” in the name and address column; and (d) made C’s seal imprinted and issued D with D affixed the same for the said reason and forged the relevant certificate of seal imprint and issued it under the name of the agent under the name of C, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Resident Registration Act received one copy of C’s resident registration card using a forged certificate of seal imprint as stated in paragraph (1) at the time, place, and by unlawful means.

3. Forgery of delegation certificates, private documents, and uttering of perjury documents concerning an application for registration of real estate;
