1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B shall support Suwon District Court with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the attached list.

1. Basic facts

A. The conclusion of the instant sales contract (C was the Defendant of the instant lawsuit, but the claim was accepted on October 11, 201) and Defendant B entered into a sales contract with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table on November 8, 2006 (at the time of the sales contract, 5,013 square meters of land in Gwangju City, but, at the time of the sales contract, 5,081 square meters of forest land E-5,081 square meters in Gwangju City, on January 29, 2007. On February 8, 2007, 87, the forest land was divided into 87 square meters in forests and fields, and the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table was changed to land for factory on May 28, 2007, and the land category listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table was the real estate to be constructed in the instant land as KRW 1,016 square meters (306 square meters) and Gwangju F.

Then, the building listed in attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant building”) was constructed on the instant land, and the registration of preservation of ownership was made in C’s name as of July 4, 2007, when the entire land and buildings of this case were built.

B. On March 7, 2007, Defendant B filed an application against Defendant B for provisional disposition prohibiting disposal of the instant land (U.S. District Court 2007Kadan1318), and received a provisional disposition order on March 13, 2007, and on March 16, 2007, the entry registration of the above provisional disposition was completed. The written application for provisional disposition was stated as the right to claim ownership transfer registration, and the written application for provisional disposition was accompanied by the sales contract against Defendant B and C on the instant land with the purchase price of KRW 80 million on January 15, 207 and the down payment of KRW 100 million on the day of the contract, and the down payment of KRW 100 million on July 23, 2007, Defendant B received the provisional disposition registration order against Defendant B on July 23, 2007 (U.S. District Court 207Da46786, July 26, 2007).
