1. The boundaries of 330 square meters in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and 541,163 square meters in D forest in Gwangju Special Metropolitan City shall be as follows: indication 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 1 of the annexed drawings.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of 330 square meters in Gwangju-si (hereinafter “the instant land”) and the Defendant is the owner of 541,163 square meters in Jeju-si (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. On February 6, 2004, the Defendant, E, F, and G were co-owned with the area of 549,386 square meters of the D Forest land in Gwangju City. However, on February 6, 2004, the Defendant, E, and F filed an application for conciliation of co-owned property partition with the Suwon District Court of Gwangju Branch of the Sungwon District Court as 2004M74.

On April 21, 2004, the above court selected the Korea Cadastral Survey as a survey appraiser and conducted a divisional survey on the current status. On April 21, 2004, the Seoul Forest Land 331 square meters in Gwangju City is owned by E, and the D Forest land 545,424 square meters in Gwangju City was divided into owned by the defendant, and accordingly the ownership transfer registration was completed.

C. Eight persons, including the Defendant, and H, share the 142.2 square meters of a wooden roof single-story housing, 142.2 square meters of a reinforced concrete tank slid roof, 67.45 square meters of a single-story building, 18.25 square meters of a wooden grassland 18.25 square meters of a single-story roof, and 23.34 square meters of a reinforced concrete structure sbroke roof, and E completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 5, 2005 with respect to shares of 18.25 percent of the instant building, excluding the Defendant’s shares, due to sale on August 10, 1994.

The site of the instant building became the land Nos. 1 and 2 thereafter. D.

On October 7, 2009, the area of 545,424 square meters of the D Forest land in Gwangju City was divided into 4,261 square meters of I Forest land in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si. The area of 331 square meters of forest land in Gwangju-si was 330 square meters of forest land in Gwangju-si on January 25, 2007. The area of land in this case changed on February 2, 2007.

E. On September 7, 2007, the Plaintiff completed the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on the land No. 1 and the building of this case due to sale as of August 28, 2007.

F. The Defendant’s building owned by the Plaintiff as Suwon District Court Branch 2014Kadan2463 was the land of this case against the Plaintiff.
