The punishment of the accused shall be set forth in six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim B(n, 46 years of age) and the husband's family relationship, and is currently in a divorce lawsuit.

1. At around 02:30 on December 12, 201, the Defendant: (a) 12:30 on the ground that he/she does not have returned home from his/her residence in Nam-gu C apartment D; (b) he/she saw the victim’s scam at several times; and (c) took the victim’s hand from his/her clothes to scam with his/her her her scam, and took off his/her scam, and cut off his/her clothes, and she scams his/her son at two times with his/her scam and cut the victim’s neck with his/her scam, head, etc. on 30 occasions, he/she inflicted injury on the victim when she takes about 14 days’ face and head, etc.

2. 피고인은 2012. 10. 17. 02:00경 사업차 방문한 일본 신주쿠에 있는 상호불상의 호텔 11층 객실에서, 피해자가 물을 가져다주지 않는다는 이유로 욕설을 하며 떡볶이를 피해자의 얼굴을 향해 집어던지고, 피해자를 벽 쪽으로 밀쳐 발로 피해자의 허벅지 등을 4회 가량 걷어차고, 계속하여 피해자가 직전 술자리에서 동석한 재일교포와 눈을 맞추고 웃었다는 이유로 주먹으로 피해자의 어깨와 배, 등 부위를 10회 가량 때려 피해자에게 약 14일간의 치료를 요하는 좌측 흉배부, 멍, 부종, 통증, 압통 등의 상해를 가하였다.
