1. All of the instant lawsuits are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a resident of the Hosan-si B apartment (hereinafter "the apartment of this case"), which is a multi-family housing, and the defendant is a non-corporate body comprised of representatives from each Dong of the apartment of this case.

B. On January 7, 2013, the election commission of the instant apartment (hereinafter referred to as the “election commission”) issued a notice of the election of the representative of each Dong in total 11 (2, 103, 104, 106, 107, 108, 108, 103, 2, 103, 104, 106, 107, 108, 108, 100), from January 13, 2013 to January 18, 2013; the election period from January 25, 2013 to February 13, 2013; the place of registration of a candidate and the receipt of the registration documents for each Dong (hereinafter referred to as “instant election”); and the “public notice of the election of the representative of each Dong” as the management office (hereinafter referred to as the “instant election”).

C. On January 21, 2013, the Election Commission issued a public announcement on the additional election of the representative of each Dong on the ground that the number of candidates registered falls short of the prescribed number on the ground that the number of candidates falls short of the prescribed number (101 Dong, 105 Dong, 103 Dong, 108 Dong Dong, 108 Dong), and that the additional election period is from January 21, 2013 to January 25, 2013, “public announcement on the additional election of the representative of each Dong (A evidence 1-2).”

On January 28, 2013, the chairperson of the instant apartment management committee (hereinafter referred to as the "chairperson of the election management committee") issued a public notice of the registration of representatives of each Dong" with the content of 101 Dong D, 102 Dong F, E, 103 Dong I, 104 Dong J, 105 Dong G, 106 Dong C, 107 Dong K, 108 Dong K, and 108 Dong H. On the same day, the election day of each Dong was the same day; the election day of each Dong was the date of the visit voting; the ballot day from February 4, 2013 to February 6, 2013; and the ballot counting date was the date of the ballot counting on February 7, 2013; the date of the elected person was the sum of the voting and the number of visit voting on the same day, and the election day was the same with the consent of the majority, and the election day to be decided with the consent of the majority.
