1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to KRW 126,647,010 and KRW 106,331,650 among them, Defendant A shall be from September 25, 2012, and Defendant D shall be 18.

1. Basic facts

A. F) F, G around 204, the instant management contract was concluded 1) F, and H, the 2nd underground floor and the 6th ground-based building (hereinafter “instant building”) on the land outside H in 2004.

A) A new construction, the registration of initial ownership was completed on August 3, 2004, and part of the building was divided into an aggregate building and sold in lots. Of the sales contract, the contents relating to the building management are as follows. [Article 10] A building management display shop in principle shall be managed autonomously by “B”: Provided, That the management for two years from the date of designation of the initial sales store shall be managed by “A” or “A” to the manager designated by “B”, but the management expenses shall be borne by “B”. Meanwhile, F and G entered into a management contract with the Plaintiff (the former trade name before the alteration: the new CD-style Housing Management Co., Ltd.) and entrusted the Plaintiff with the collection of management expenses and management expenses of the instant building (hereinafter “instant management contract”).

B. On August 31, 2011, Defendant A acquired 301, 302, 303, 304, 309, 310, 311, and 312 of the instant building from among the instant building and completed the registration of ownership transfer. (2) Defendant B acquired 202,204 out of the instant building by auction and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 15, 201.

3) Defendant Ciplomatic Association (hereinafter “Defendant church”)

around April 11, 2011, Defendant D acquired 210,211 of the instant building by auction and completed the registration of ownership transfer. (4) Defendant D acquired 209 of the instant building by auction and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 12, 201.

5) On May 12, 201, Defendant E acquired 305 of the instant building by auction and completed the registration of ownership transfer. (c) The unpaid management expenses and late fees for each of the instant buildings owned by the Defendants for each of the stores owned by the Defendants, the management expenses for the section for common use prior to the acquisition of ownership, the late fees incurred after the acquisition of ownership, and the management expenses after the acquisition of ownership (section for common use).
