1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and two months, by imprisonment for ten months, and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively;

1. The Defendants, who opened a gambling place, conspired to offer property or property benefits to persons with a little number of winning the winning numbers of the “D”, i.e., Vietnam lottery tickets, and to jointly operate the Internet gambling site, i.e., “E”, “F,” which provides property or property benefits to persons who win the winnings of an overseas stable game, while jointly operating the Internet gambling site, i.e., providing property or property benefits to persons who win the winnings of an overseas stable game, and to receive money from many unspecified persons, and to make profits from receiving money from an unspecified number of people.

Accordingly, from October 201 to July 202, Defendant A posted the Defendant’s house in Seo-gu G and H from Seo-gu, Daejeon to July 6, 2017, Defendant B’s house in Daejeon to July 202, and Defendant C’s house in Seo-gu I J from around August 2019, Defendant C’s house in Daejeon to July 6, 200 to July 7, 202, and 6: (i) Defendant C’s account at the Defendant’s house in Seo-gu K and H from around January 2020 to around July 6, 200; (ii) Defendant 7: (iii) KRW 9; (iv) KRW 7; (iv) KRW 9; (v) KRW 9; (v) KRW 9; (v) KRW 9; and (v) KRW 9; and (v) KRW 8; and (v) KRW 9; and (v) KRW 9; and (v) Plaintiff’s account 9; and (v) KRW 9.
