1. On April 27, 2018, the Defendant’s failure to grant medical treatment to the Plaintiff on April 27, 2018, means to turn back to the right shoulder.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. From August 24, 2004, the Plaintiff mainly engaged in automobile assembly activities, such as installation of a windsur network, as a person working in the Amateur Factory Co., Ltd.

On April 27, 2018, the Defendant applied for medical care benefits to the Defendant, on the ground that “The work performed by the Plaintiff is verified, but the instant injury or disease is not clearly identified on the data of visual medicine, such as MRI, etc.” (hereinafter referred to as “instant disposition”), if the work is continued to be borne by the shoulder, and accordingly, the part of the power lines to the right shoulder, the right shoulder, and the subsequent part and the net heat (hereinafter referred to as “instant injury or disease”).

A.
