Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】
1. On July 25, 2019, Defendant A was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for 6 months from the date of the exercise of rights at the Busan District Court Branch Branch Office, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 6, 2020.
