If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 12:00, at the Daegu-gu C Apartment Complex Center, the Defendant prepared for the first instance of the center for senior citizens with the help of the land, and (b) when the Defendant dialogues with the president of the center for senior citizens and D members, the Defendant assaulted the victim by her two descendants, on the ground that the victim E (V) was protruding and seated.
