1. On December 5, 2013, Defendant G was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) in support of Sungnam branch of Suwon branch of Suwon branch on December 5, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in a female prison on June 25, 2014.

2. Defendant H was sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment with prison labor for murder, etc. at the Seoul High Court on May 18, 2004, and the execution of the sentence was completed in the lawsuit of the third intersection of the North Korean Branch of the Gyeongbuk-do on July 27, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. Defendants A, B, C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant H’s gambling place: (a) from February 19, 2016 to March 6, 2016, Defendant A leased the said warehouse; (b) installed and operated a gambling house; (c) Defendant D, after investing the operating fund in the gambling place, performed gambling outside the gambling place; (d) Defendant B and Defendant C exchanged customers with cash and gambling chips; (c) Defendant C took charge of driving the chips to the outside of the gambling place; and (d) monitoring the chips from the outside of the gambling place; (e) Defendant C took charge of exchanging the chips to the outside of the gambling place; and (e) measuring the chips to the outside of the betting place; and (e) measuring the chips by exchanging the chips with cash to the customers; and (e) measuring the chips to the outside of the gambling place; and (e) measuring the chips to the maximum amount of 30 times of the betting tickets to the outside of the betting place;

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to open a place for gambling for profit-making purposes.
