On April 2, 2014, at around 13:05, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act, such as making a fluorous act, by getting off his sexual organ and scambling, from the front of the Cridge in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, a large number of unspecified persons, such as D (Woo, 33 years of age).
