Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.066% of blood alcohol concentration at around 01:29, and the Defendant was driving a B-hand car volume at approximately 2 km from the electronic public notice road in the Busan East-gu, Busan, to the full 2km road in the same Dong from the electronic public notice road in the same Dong.
