1. 공소사실의 요지 피고인은 2013. 7. 31. 23:26경 ‘일간베스트’라는 인터넷게시판(www.ilbe.com) 중 공개게시판에 피해자 B가 북에 게시했던 글을 불상자가 복사하여 다시 게시한 ‘페북녀의 재기갑 비판논리 ㅍㅌㅊ .facebook 좌표 有’라는 제목의 게시글에 ‘좆씹지잡다니는년이ㅋㅋㅋㅋ기가찬다 씨발’이라는 댓글을 작성 및 게시하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2. The above facts charged can be prosecuted only upon the victim's complaint. Since the complainant B revoked the complaint against the defendant on December 3, 2013 after the prosecution of this case, the indictment of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
