A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 03:00 on November 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a vehicle door in order to put a new lebox, which was in possession of the front glass window of the F Kankn vehicle owned by the victim E, parked in the place; and (b) cut off the vehicle door with 300,000,000 won at the victim’s market price kept in the place.

B. On May 27, 2013, from around 02:00 to 04:00, the Defendant: (a) sealed the back glass of the victim H-owned IS-owned ISP-owned vehicle located in Ansan-gu G; (b) entered the vehicle; and (c) cut the vehicle into the vehicle; and (d) KRW 4,000 of the number of the vehicles owned by the victim who was kept in the vehicle at that place and KRW 16,000 of the market price; and (e) KRW 15 of the number of prepaid public parking tickets equivalent to KRW 12,00 of the market price.

C. From around 02:00 on May 27, 2013 to 04:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a gap in which the back door of the K-W vehicle parked in the said public parking lot was not corrected; (b) opened the vehicle into the vehicle; and (c) cut off the vehicle with a total of KRW 400,000, including five fishing lines equivalent to KRW 300,000 at the market price owned by the victim, which was kept in the said place; and (d) extended tools equivalent to KRW 10,000 at the market price.

On June 5, 2013, at around 02:30 on the above public parking lot, the Defendant: (a) laid down the back glass of the victim Lpoter car owned by the victim L which was parked in the above public parking lot, into the vehicle, and stolen the vehicle, with a total amount of KRW 35,000,000, which is equivalent to the total amount of KRW 5,000,000, market price of KRW 200,000.

2. The Defendant who attempted larceny is parked in the above public parking lot between around 02:00 on May 27, 2013 and around 04:00 and the victim N.
