Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2016, at around 21:50 on September 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the effect that the Defendant: (b) at the Defendant’s residence located in Seongbuk-gu B 3rd floor; (c) the police officer affiliated with the Seoul C District District District of the Seoul C District Police Station, who was called upon 112, tried to see her husband’s husband’s her husband and her husband’s knife with his knife and sound; and (d) “I want to see her husband’s knife with her knife”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the control of domestic violence.
