Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) called “C” company’s job offer advertisement at the Luxembourg market newspaper; and (b) consented with the Defendant’s business bank account (Account Number: D) on the following grounds: (c) on December 20, 2015, the Defendant called “C” company’s job offer advertisement; and (d) on the part of his name, the Defendant consented with the Defendant’s business bank account (Account Number: D).
On the 31st of the same month, the Defendant released KRW 29,300,000, which was 29,300,000, from among the 32,700,000 won deposited in the Defendant’s corporate bank account (Account Number: D) as if he sold used cars to the victim E by means of telecommunications fraud before the Defendant was named in front of the department store in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant got off the remaining KRW 29,30,00,000, which was paid to the Defendant’s corporate bank account.
Accordingly, the Defendant knew that his name-based telecommunications-based financial fraud was committed, the Defendant provided information on the account number of passbooks in the name of the Defendant, and withdrawn the amount of damage deposited in the above passbook and aided and abetting his fraud by facilitating his fraud.
