Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud in the wooden Branch of the Gwangju District Court on February 14, 2018.

On February 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) found in the above job placement office on the H-related prepaid fraud; and (b) stated that “I see whether I will get on board D; (c) I will get on board other fishing vessels; and (d) the victim asked the Defendant that “I will get on board H” around February 7, 2019, and accepted the Defendant.
However, the defendant only thought that he will receive advance payment from the victim and do not intend to work on board as the crew of the ship.
On February 7, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 3 million in cash from the victim on or around February 7, 2019.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
