Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who had a golf masters at a golf course B, and C is a person who has been engaged in the above golf course with a character of the above golf course, and D is a person who has served as a character in the above golf course.

1. The Defendant was instructed by the Department of General Affairs that “the application for exclusion from the industrial accident insurance in special types,” from all capitals,” but gldddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd

On May 13, 2013, the Defendant instructed C, a person in special type of employment, to prepare an application for exclusion from industrial accident insurance in the name of D without obtaining D’s consent or approval, and instigated C, a person in special type of employment, to prepare the said application under the name of D. On the same day, at the above office without authority, the Defendant stated D’s name in the name of a person in special type of employment, “F,” “F,” “F,” “B,” “B,” and “D,” and “B,” respectively, in the name of the applicant, for the purpose of exercising D’s signature and seal on the name.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, received a forged D’s “application for exclusion from industrial accident insurance in special types of employment” from C, and submitted it to the employee in charge of B’s general affairs as if it were duly formed.
