Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered Fenz automobiles in front of the “C” week located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the grounds that the Seoul Gangnam-gu Police Station D, which controlled drinking driving, and attempted to issue a penalty notice to G, on the grounds that E, in the process of the Seoul Gangnam-gu Police Station D, would drive a one-way traffic route; (b) obstructed the Defendant from signing as a driver of the notice; and (c) took off the said car in front of the said vehicle, and assaulted Party A, “I am, I am, I kne, I am, I kne, and knee E kneed at one-time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the traffic control of police officers and the prevention of traffic hazards.
