Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc. is a person who operates a “C fishing place” in the Gunpo-si B.

Any person who desires to operate a speculative business, shall obtain permission from the Commissioner of the competent Local Police Agency.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without the permission of the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency from December 10, 2012 to May 22, 2013, 2013, provided that the Defendant, at the above place, obtained a fee of 20,000 won per man and 17:00 to 17:00 per day from the above place, provided customers with a fee of 20,000 won per man and 10,000 won per day from the above place, and provided customers with a fee of 15:0 to 17:00 per day, free right of 40,000 won (20 free right of 20,000 won), free right of 10,000 won per day from 25,000 won per market price (five free right of 5,000 won) to 3 others, thereby raising profits equivalent to an average of 40-5,00 won per day.

2. A person who intends to operate a fishing place in private waters pursuant to subparagraph 3 of Article 2 of the Inland Water Fisheries Act in violation of the Fishing Management and Fishing Promotion Act shall file for registration with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the relevant waters;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not register with the Gunpo City Mayor at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, and operated a fishing place business in the above manner.
