Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, together with C, conspired to open a door of a vehicle not corrected and to steal cash and other things in the vehicle.

1. On January 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the door of the G wing-down vehicle, the victim F, was not temporarily set away, while the Defendant was living a vehicle parked in the E parking lot located in Si/Gu, on January 1, 2012, at the time of racing; and (b) the Defendant, who reported the network, opened the vehicle door and entered the entrance, and stolen it with one set of four hundred thousand won at the market price, the victim owned.
