At around 03:20 on June 12, 2012, the Defendant, along with C, moved back from the surrounding area C, and cut down three yellow belts in the amount equivalent to KRW 300,000,00,000 in the market price of the victim E, who was parked in the relevant area, holding a tool stuff of the Fpoter vehicle loaded in the victim E, who was in possession of the victim, and then was in possession of the victim.

As a result, the Defendant, together with C, stolen the electric wires and industrial tools of the total amount of KRW 6,430,000,000, which are owned by the victims, respectively.
