A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 25, 2013, at around 22:05, the Defendant driven a BM3 vehicle under the influence of alcohol of about 0.106% of alcohol content from around approximately 200 meters away from the road in front of a string-type cafeteria cafeteria located in the north repair of the Sinsan-si, Annsan-si to the central river in the same Ri.
